Vertly

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 13, 2026

Vertly is a vertical jump training app created by Cam Hazzard. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it. We keep it plain because that is how we talk to you everywhere else.

The short version: we collect only what the app needs to coach you, we do not sell your data, we do not track you across other apps or for advertising, and you can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app at any time.

What we collect

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos (beyond a clip you deliberately choose to attach to a card), payment details, or advertising identifiers.

How we use it

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers to run the app, and they may only process your data on our instructions to provide the service:

How your data is stored

Your account and training data are stored on secure servers and kept tied to your account. We retain it for as long as your account exists so your progress is there when you come back.

Deleting your account and data

You are in control. To permanently delete your account and all of its data, open the app, tap the account icon on the Home screen, and choose Delete account. This removes your account, your training history, your coach messages, and your sign-in details from our servers. It cannot be undone.

Children

Vertly is intended for athletes aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Your choices

Changes to this policy

If we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know in the app.
